We’re at the Alamodome, and that’s the Tower of the America s. Bands of America Super Regional this weekend, and I’m pushing my 200-pound sound cart again. Our band performs at 11:15 CT. Go Mavs!

Was there last year for Christmas, San Antonio is pretty great.

We always went to BOA in St. Louis and the Edward Jones Dome where the Rams played. Never won overall, but then again we were always against Broken Arrow...

We have our own huge school with an unlimited budget to compete with. It’s a band arms race and we just can’t compete.

I worked an event there in 2017. I liked that place but it’s in need of a remodel. It’s so dark and dingy in there.

Definitely dark. And boomy. Here’s a pic I took of one of our band kids  as we waited to go on.The phone definitely lightens the scene

Maybe it's just the perspective, but that looks like a huge unsupported structure! It makes me wonder how well it would hold up in very adverse weather.
